Please bring your insurance cards with you when coming to the center. In most cases, we will be able to give you an estimate on the cost of your procedure beforehand. Our staff will verify your insurance and finalize arrangements before your procedure.
Billing for the facility, physician, anesthesiologist and laboratory (if applicable) is separate. We charge a set fee for each procedure performed at our center. Your physician, anesthesiologist and pathologist, when applicable, will bill you separately for their services.
We accept most insurance plans, including Medicare. Primary and secondary insurance will be billed. Patients who do not have full insurance coverage or have no insurance should make financial arrangements with us. Co-payments are expected at the time of the visit. We accept cash, check or MC/Visa credit cards. We offer the option to pay bills online. With our online bill pay option, you can securely make a payment for your service online with no hassles.

The Cost of Your Procedure
Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.
You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients). Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.
